All sales are final with the exception of defective merchandise which will be replaced with the same item at no cost to you with in 2 weeks of its original purchase. Please be sure you want and are buying the correct product of your choosing before making your final checkout. Our online return policy consists of no refunds! Please understand that we have to do this because of the type of decorative merchandise we sell.  We do not want our items used as decorations for an event or holiday and then returned. We have come across this problem in our actual store and have the same return policy there. If you have questions about a product please call us before purchasing.
